When it comes to fitness and exercising, often people have hundreds of excuses why they can’t workout. Well, it’s time to put yourself and your health first, by training with others who have similar goals of losing weight, gaining strength, speed and flexibility. 

At Empowered Spirit Tae Kwon Do we take a fun yet challenging approach to fitness, which allows adults of all levels of fitness to participate in a structured class that they can do at their own pace to achieve their fitness goals.

I Am Great Just The Way I Am

These are words of encouragement you will often hear from Master Nelson, as you train. We want you to be the best version of yourself, and that is why we designed our fitness KB class to enhance agility, strength, flexibility and endurance through cross training exercises.

These exercises will push you physically and mentally, but in the end, it will be rewarding. You will gain a new sense of self-confidence, discipline and self-worth. Also, you won’t be doing it alone, others will be right there with you, sweating it out.
