At Empowered Spirit Tae Kwon Do, we offer a great environment to learn and grow!  Our adult classes offer a great opportunity to participate in Tae Kwon Do.  We offer an opportunity to strengthen your body, mind, and soul.

Whether you are looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, or even get to the point where you can compete, through traditional Tae Kwon Do forms, sparring techniques and self-defense, amongst other drills, we will help you to find a path to achieve those goals.
